Shiju Thomas has trained new hires on all aspects of product and process, assessments sign-off for go-live, on floor-performance monitoring and coaching. His core focus is on developing talent, retention and building the next line of managers. In HR, he has vast experience in Talent Management, Competency and Career Development. He has worked on different projects, such as talent management projects, OD & OB projects, that focused on the future line of managers, embracing the web to mobile change and enabling the shift to completely go mobile.
He has conducted surveys and assessments on competencies which resulted in defining and mapping career growth paths. He has also co-designed and led the BootCamp for new hires which covered the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle. He ensured continuous learning by co-designing workshops that covered Design Thinking, Analyzing Data, Tech basics, etc. He also introduced social learning methods where all PMs get together 1 hour a week to gain tacit knowledge.
